From November 2nd to 4th, at "Café Du Lac" of the Intercontinental Hotel, the III Argentine Week in Hanoi was enjoyed. Culinary design was done by the renowned Argentine chef Alberto Curia who provided the audience with some of the signature dishes of the Argentina cuisine, such as cutlets, various cuts of meats, locro, humita, dulce de leche, among others, all accompanied by Argentine wines.
In addition, on the day of the inauguration, there was a tango show by the Tango Hanoi group that delighted the guests, among whom were local authorities and businessmen, representatives of different embassies and the public fond of Argentine gastronomy.
As Ambassador Juan Valle said in the opening speech of the event, from the Embassy of Argentina we thank all those who accompanied us during these days and enjoyed some of the best Argentine recipes.
The experience will be repeated in Ho Chi Minh City from 9 to 12 November at the "Nineteen" restaurant of the Caravelle Hotel.
