February 2014. From February 24-28, a seminar on forensic anthropology and identification of human remains was held at the National Institute of Forensic Medicine (NIFM).
Experts from the prestigious Argentine Team of Forensic Anthropology (EAAF) conducted the seminar while the Argentine Embassy supported the development of the activities. A number of Vietnamese experts in forensic anthropology from different provinces attended this training.
The seminar was carried out under the framework of the cooperation projects in forensic anthropology and medicine that Argentina has been conducting in Vietnam through the Argentine Fund for South-South Cooperation (FO.AR). Through this tool, our country has been helping Vietnam in the identification of human remains of the war martyrs.
