September 2014. Argentine Ambassador, Claudio Gutiérrez and the Embassy’s Head of Culture Section, Belén García Alcat delivered a lecture on Argentina at the Department of Spanish of Hanoi University on September 19.

This lecture also constituted the first class of “Culture & Civilization” for the teaching term 2014-2015. “Culture & Civilization” is one of the subjects taught at the Department of Spanish and consists of weekly presentations by representatives of Embassies from different Spanish-speaking countries.

Plenty of information on Argentine culture, geography and cuisine was supplied during the lecture. In addition, students who answered correctly questions on Argentina were rewarded with gifts from the Ambassador.
