November 2014. On November 10 the Argentine Embassy hosted “An Argentine Night in Hanoi” at Déjà Vu Bar, located at Sheraton Hotel. More than 300 guests attended the event, which marked the opening of the Vietnamese market to Argentine meat and other food products.

The guests had the chance to indulge with the best Argentine meat, supplied by the Institute for Promotion of Argentine Beef (IPCVA). In addition, local distrubutors and importers of Argentine wine and six Argentine wineries offered the guests a broad range of unrivalled Argentine wine.

Tango music engulfed the entire bar, with a tango couple who captured the attention of the guests while performing on stage.

Argentine Ambassador Claudio Gutiérrez highlighted the importance of the opening of the Vietnamese market to the Argentine food products. He emphasized that Vietnamese consumers will now have access to products of high quality which are already being sold to most countries in the world.
