August 2015. Under the leadership of the French conductor Phillippe Lesburgueres, the renowned play “María de Buenos Aires” was staged for two nights on August 14 and 15 at the Opera House in Hanoi.

With music by Astor Piazzola and libretto by Horacio Ferrer, this acclaimed opera was presented to the Vietnamese public by the orchestra, singers and dancers of the Vietnam National Opera & Ballet, which was highly praised by the audience.

The presentation of the play was supported by the Argentine Embassy.
