April 2016. The Cultural Cities Network of FEALAC (Forum of East Asia-Latin America Cooperation) held its first working session in Hue from April 28-30.

This Network aims to strengthen district-level cooperation in the field of culture, tourism and sports by linking leaders of provinces and localities of FEALAC member countries.

The mayor of San Salvador de Jujuy, Raúl Eduardo Jorge attended the meeting on behalf of Argentina. He was accompanied by the Argentine Ambassador Claudio Gutiérrez.

During the working session, the Statute of FEALAC Cultural Cities Network was adopted. Meanwhile, San Salvador de Jujuy was chosen to host the second meeting to be held in 2018.
