April 2014. Argentina was present at the 8th Hue Festival, Cultural Heritage for Integration and Development, which the People’s Committee of Thua Thien Province hosts every two years. This cultural event brings together a number of artists involved in world theater from Vietnam and other countries.

The Argentine Embassy featured Osvaldo Montes and his team, who performed their acclaimed show “Cinematango”, which combines film with the sound of tango. Montes and his musicians performed three presentations that delighted an audience of 500 to 800 people, who also relished traditional Argentine Malbec wine served during the performance.

Performances took place at Hue’s outdoor stage, Quoc Hoc Bia, and the Kings’ theater Duyet Thi Duong.
