October 2014. Doctor in Veterinary Sciences, Ricardo Sager delivered a lecture on agriculture in Argentina on October 13 at the Academy of Agriculture under Hanoi University. Teachers and students from this institution attended the lecture, which was developed with the support of the Argentine Embassy.

During the lecture, Mr. Sager outlined public policies applied in Argentina regarding agriculture as well as the institutions in charge of their implementation. 

Ricardo Sager is also the head of cooperation project FO.AR 6163, designed to train experts from the National Institute of Animal Sciences (NIAS) on techniques to enhance livestock and poultry feeding.

After the lecture, Sager headed to Ho Chi Minh City with three other experts from the National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA) aiming to implement a new part of the project.
