December 2014. The Argentine Ambassador Claudio Gutiérrez and the Embassy’s Head of the Trade Section Sofía Sánchez Acosta held a series of meetings with executives from major supermarkets and restaurants from December 4-6 in Ho Chi Minh City.

The meetings were scheduled at the request of the Argentine Embassy following the recent opening of the Vietnamese market for Argentine meat and vegetable products. These gatherings were aimed at informing the executives of these recent developments as well as to update on Argentine companies authorized to export meat into Vietnam.

In addition to this, the Embassy’s officials made a presentation on Argentina’s food market and handed their counterparts a folder with information materials on the Argentine meat market and wines.
