October 2014. The third itinerant consulate scheduled for 2014 was held on Friday 3, October in Ho Chi Minh City, conducted by the Head of Consular Section, Juan Pablo Volken.

Itinerant consulates enabled Argentines residing outside of Hanoi to complete consular tasks in the concerned cities, as well as to allow Vietnamese applicants for Argentine visas to attend the consular interview without travelling to Hanoi.

Itinerant consulates are also used to dispel enquiries relating to consular affairs. At times, meetings are also scheduled with authorities of the city.

This service is expected to continue throughout 2015, at the request of the Argentine community in Vietnam.
