December 2015. Argentine Ambassador Claudio Gutiérrez visited Dalat from December 29-31 to attend the 6th International Flower Festival, a renowned artistic and cultural event held every two years at the city.

The visit was carried out with seven other Ambassadors based in Hanoi, within the framework of a group coordinated by the chief of cultural affairs at Vietnam’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In addition to participating in the Festival, the Ambassador also held talks regarding cooperation, investment and trade with high officials of Dalat and Lamdong province.

Dalat is in a region noted for the quality of its agricultural industry, with major production of flowers, dairy products, coffee, tea and wine, as well as vegetables and fruits.
